Services covered

ACC Crunchers Ltd provides e-commerce consulting: product research, product selection analysis, competitor comparisons, pricing research, supplier research, online store planning and operational guidance. Engagements are advisory — we do not operate stores, place orders or manage advertising.

Bookings and contract formation

A contract forms when we confirm your engagement in writing (email is sufficient), including scope, deliverable and price. Work begins only after that written confirmation.

Fees and payment

• All rates are in euros and confirmed in writing before work starts.
• Invoices are payable before the work begins unless agreed otherwise in writing.
• Deliverables are released once the corresponding invoice is settled.

Cancellation and rescheduling

• Sessions can be rescheduled at no cost with at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Cancellations after research has started are billed for the work already done.
• If we cancel an engagement for reasons attributable to us, fees paid for undelivered work are refunded.

Liability

Our deliverables are professional opinions based on research at the time of writing. Business decisions remain yours. Our liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.

Confidentiality

Information you share for the purpose of an engagement is used only for that engagement and stays confidential.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
