Before you book
What do I get from each consultation?
A written deliverable, agreed before we start: a summary memo after a session, a research brief, comparison tables, or a full decision report for packages. You keep everything, in editable form.
Do you know my product category?
Each consultation is tailored to your category, target customers, budget and business requirements. We scope honestly: what we know, we apply; what we do not, we research. We do not pretend to insider experience we cannot evidence.
How does a session run?
Remotely, by video call — typically 45–60 minutes, in English. You get a written summary with recommended next steps afterwards.
How do per-session and packages differ?
A session answers one focused question. A package combines several services — research, comparison, planning — scoped and quoted as a fixed price after a scoping email.
What should I prepare?
Your product category, target customers, budget range, the decision you face, and a store link if you have one. That is enough for a scoping reply.
How do I book?
Email support@acccrunchers.uk or use the details on the booking page. We reply with a scoped proposal, usually within two working days.
Working with us
Can you run my store for me?
No. We are advisors, not operators — we do not run stores, place orders or manage advertising. Our deliverables are research, comparisons and plans; the execution stays with you.
Can you guarantee sales or results?
No, and you should be cautious with anyone who does. What we guarantee is the deliverable: defined scope, written conclusions and honest risk notes.
How is pricing calculated?
Published rates for sessions and briefs, fixed-price quotes for packages — all in euros, confirmed in writing before work begins. See the rates on the booking page.
Is my information confidential?
Yes. Engagement details stay confidential and are handled per our privacy policy.
Do you work outside the UK?
Yes — sessions are remote and we work with online sellers across Europe, in English, priced in euros.
What if I need work you do not list?
Email us anyway. If it is research, comparison or planning work, we will scope it. If it is execution work, we will say so plainly rather than take it on.
